Turtle Class 

Welcome to Turtle Class!

In Year 4 your teacher is Mrs Sibley and your class TA is Mrs Kendall. Miss Adams will be supporting our class in the mornings.

We will be upstairs in our classroom and there will be an expectation that we walk up and down the stairs quietly and sensibly.  You will also have the residential to Creed Outdoor Learning to look forward to.

On a Monday we will have our PE time with Team Theme and on Friday we will have Forest School.  Please make sure children are suitably dressed for these sessions.  Spellings will be weekly and children will have opportunities to practice in class. Please can the children practice these spellings at home.

Reading is a big focus at St Clement's so please read as much as possible and log it into the yellow contact book. Children will read with adults in school also and have opportunities to complete their AR quizzes.  Logins will be shared at the beginning of the year.

Communication is normally done via our school DOJO and information and messages as well as learning information and pictures will be posted on here. 

In June Year 4 will complete the MTC (multiplication times table check) it is vital that your child is practicing their times tables weekly if not daily. Timestables.co.uk is a great website to help with this.
